This is going to be a simple blog detailing my journey of losing 45 pounds in 45 days. Some of my motivation to do this is to get back into shape. I want to detox my body of any and all toxins.

I will be discussing important topics like weight loss, detox, product reviews, motivation and many other topics related.

Here is my weight loss plan

For 45 days:

  • Consume 16 oz green food shake 3 times per day.

  • Drink 1 gallon of water per day spaced out thorughout the day.

  • Consume no soda, candy, sweets,etc. 6 days per week

  • Allow for one cheat day per week. during this cheat day I am allowed to consume I sweet dessert and 1 12 oz soda. I must still drink 1 gallon of water and 3 16 oz green food shakes.

  • 30-60 minutes of weight training 7 days per week.

  • 30-60 minutes of cardio varying between running, bike riding, elliptical, etc. 7 days per week.

  • Take 1 multivitamin every day.

  • No complex carbohydrates. No potatoes, bread,etc.

  • I can eat as many green vegetables as possible.

  • On the weekend if I go out to dinner, can only eat salad, grilled chicken. No red meat or complex carbohydrates.
